Dear Michelle,
I'm writing this letter to thank you for helping with my home search. When I started looking for a house I was apprehensive about just how much I would be able to get while staying within my limited budget. No matter how discouraged I became looking at re-sales, you reassured me that we would be able to find a good house. We did indeed find the perfect house for me - a new construction in a great neighborhood that exceeded all my expectations.
My home is the 6th one I have owned over the years but I have never dealt with an agent more dedicated and hard working than you. You never put anything off until later (keeping me informed in each step of the process and offering a detailed explanation to things that were unclear to me).
